The company has two directors namely, Mr. Raghu Raghav Balasaria and Mrs. Pragya Balasaria. It is engaged in the business of manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals formulations for its own marketing, contract manufacturing of generic medicines and has a product portfolio spread over major product segments encompassing Anti-Biotic, Gastroenterological, Anti-Allergic, AntiFungal, Gynaecological, Paediatrics, Anti-Diabetic, Anti-cold, etc. The manufacturing facility of the company is located at Baddi, Solan, Himachal Pradesh and is WHO-GMP (World Health Organization- Good Manufacturing Practices) approved. It caters to domestic market including major pharmaceutical companies like, Abbott, Alkem, Natco Pharmaceuticals to name a few. It has two other sister concerns namely Visa Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (it is into the same line of business) and Concept Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. (it is into distribution and marketing of pharma products). The group companies are having a presence across 25 states of India for its Generics Products.
