Cadila Healthcare has received USFDA approval for its anti-viral generic drug Acyclovir capsules Acyclovir capsules to market the same in the American market. The drug will be produced at the company’s formulations manufacturing facility at SEZ, Ahmedabad. The company has now 100 approvals from the USFDA. It has so far filed over 280 Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) with the US drug regulator since the commencement of the filing process in FY 2003-04.
