SMS Pharmaceuticals has received approval from the USFDA for manufacturing facility in Kandivalasa in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh. The USFDA had conducted inspection of the plant in the third week of April 2015 and has accorded the approval. The company is manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and currently has four production facilities and two research centers in operation.
