Vanangamudi and associates, who are also the promoters of ALPL. VPPL has a manufacturing unit in Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu, which commenced operations in September 2012. VPPL has a capacity to produce 7 million pieces of liquids per annum. ALPL supplies the required raw material to VPPL. The products manufactured by VPPL and supplied back to ALPL (contract manufacturing). ALPL has also invested Rs.25 crore in the form of preference share capital in VPPL
