Eskay Fine Chemicals was instituted in 1966 by the SK Group, as a partnership firm. In 1983, S Kant Pharma Pvt Ltd was incorporated and the entire business of EFC was transferred to new company as proprietorship. It is current managed by Mr Ketan Shah along with other members of Shah family and professional team. EFC has a manufacturing setup at Turbhe and has setup new unit at Ankeleshwar through 100% subsidiary EIPL. The company specializes in iodine chemistry and is one of established players in domestic market for iodine derivatives.
