BOIPL is a subsidiary of Suminter India Organics Pvt Ltd primarily engaged in organic farming and exports of the same. Earlier, SIOPL used to outsource the processing of the cultivated seeds, crops and spices; later, it established BOIPL for the purpose of processing. BOIPL procures raw materials for processing majorly from SIOPL.
