About the Company :

Aspiro Pharma Ltd was established on February 5, 2014, which took over already established partnership firm, Aryshvik Bioteq Pharma. APL is promoted by Hetero Labs Limited (HLL) which holds 92% of equity stake in the company. The remaining equity stake is held by Dr P. Khadgapathi, who has more than three decades of experience in pharma industry and has been associated with HLL since 2007.

The company has obtained all the requisite clearances/approvals and expects to commence its commercial operations from Q2FY17 with total installed capacity to manufacture 37 million vials per annum. The company proposes to manufacture injectables in the therapeutic segments of cancer, ulcer, etc. The company has undertaken research and development of various products and accordingly developed 10 injectable drug products, namely, Pantoprazole, Rabeprazole, Artesunate, Levetiracetam, Voriconazole, Esomeprazole Sodium, Zoledronic Acid, Omeprazole, Fosaprepitant and Posconazole to cure various diseases like Cancer and Ulcer. The company has successfully completed stability studies, obtained required license for manufacturing and commercializing of aforementioned injectable drug products and proposes to commence full-fledged commercial operations from Q2FY17.
