Brundavan Laboratories is planning to expand its bulk drug unit in Yellagiri in Choutuppal Mandal in Nalagonda district of Telangana. The project involves expanding bulk drug manufacturing capacity from 26.5 tpa to 1020 tpa to produce advanced pharmaceutical ingredients like abacavir sulphate, atenolol, celecoxib and other anti-psychotic, anti-hypertensive and antihistaminic drugs. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 251 million.
