Hetero Labs Ltd has acquired Tarbis Farma, S.L.U., a group company of Grupo Ferrer Internacional, SA through its subsidiary Amarox Ltd. The company Tarbis Farma has a robust product portfolio and an extensive marketing network with well-experienced personnel in the retail business hospital and tender business across Spain.
It also has an annual sales at about €11 million with 25 filed staff and 225 marketing authorizations.
