About the Company :
UCB India is a subsidiary of the Belgian research-based company, UCB. The company was established as UNI-UCB, a joint venture of Unichem Laboratories Ltd., Mumbai and Union Chimique Belge (UCB) in 1959. UNI-UCB became UCB India, a 100% subsidiary of UCB S.A. in 1998. The company set up its own manufacturing unit for formulations in August 1982, API in February 1989 and upgraded the facilities in the year 2000,2003 and 2004 in line with CGMP.
