Desano Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is planning to set up a bulk drugs unit to produce active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and finished formualations for therapeutic segment in Harohalli in Kanakapura Taluk in Karnataka.
The new facility will have a capacity of 10,000 tpa (API) and vitamin and premix products at a capacity of (2000 tpa). The project cost is estimated at ₹ 494.75 crores. Land required for the project is around 92513 sq.meter.
As of November 2019, the project is in planning stage.
