Macleods Pharmaceuticals is setting up a tablets and capsules manufacturing unit in Patera in Special Economic Zone in Madhya Pradesh. The project involves setting up of pharma facility with a capacity of 35,000 lakh tablets per year . The project cost is estimated at ₹ 5000 million. As of September 2019, the project is under implementation and is likely to go operational by the year 2020.
